Griselinia littoralis
Griselinia littoralis, commonly known as broadleaf is found throughout most of New Zealand in forests from sea level to 900m. It grows 3-10m, forming an attractive dense bushy tree. The deep green oval leaves are thick and and very shiny. Broadleaf will grow in a wide range of conditions and is very good for shelter planting, hedging, in shrubberies and coastal situations. Propagation by seed or cuttings.
